For owners and tenants
Viewings, without the back-and-forth.
Viewing coordination keeps schedules, reminders and feedback in one thread — fewer missed slots, faster decisions, one clear record.
How it works
How coordination runs
Agree the slot
Owner proposes times; tenant picks what works. The confirmed slot is logged with both parties in one thread.
Automated reminders
Both sides get a reminder before the viewing — no more no-shows because a message slipped down the inbox.
Structured feedback
After the viewing, a short two-way note: what worked, what’s next, whether an offer is coming.
Next step, recorded
Offer accepted, second viewing booked, or a polite pass — the outcome is recorded so nobody chases ghosts.
Good to know
Why it helps
Fewer no-shows
Reminders and confirmations cut wasted trips for both sides.
One thread, not ten
All times, changes and outcomes live in a single record either side can check.
Faster decisions
Structured feedback moves good rooms from viewing to offer before someone else does.
Viewing coordination is part of owner listing packages. Seeing a property carries normal viewing risks — both parties should take sensible precautions.
FAQ
Common questions
Is viewing coordination included in my listing package?
Yes — it is part of every owner listing package. Tenants don’t pay for it.
Who attends the viewing?
The owner (or their authorised representative) and the prospective tenant. We don’t attend on anyone’s behalf.
What if I need to reschedule?
Do it in the thread. The new slot is re-confirmed and reminders update automatically.
Is the viewing the same as reserving the room?
No. A room is only reserved when the owner and tenant agree terms directly. We never take holding deposits.
